Continue with the “Pay with PayPal” button.  You do NOT need to have a PayPal account to use a Debit/Credit Card through the PayPal website.

Instead, at the PayPal login, select “Pay with Debit or Credit Card”  below the PayPal’s login.  

PayPal website allows you to continue as a “GUEST.”
